I'm still using PSP 2021, because the last update is not attractive enough paying for.Ġ1) Feature to disable all(!) ads (still receiving ads without a checkbox to disable it)Ġ2) Settings for messages and ads should be moved into the main Preferences/Settings window.Ġ3) Fixing and improving the switch of UI language, without the need of restarting PSP, which destroys a custom workspace. I use it professionally and private, nowadays for texturing virtual worlds and in web design. I will get over it.PSP is my daily bread since 1992. I apologize for nasty - just so tired of the game when it comes to Corel. Thanks for the script offer - maybe Corel will just be concerned about customers when they make updates.Īs far as moving back to the original version of 2018 - most vendors included "security" related fixes and I would hate to not have that in place.
I just feel the "learning curve" with a new package would exceed the benefit of moving on - guess Corel banks on that.

Name another software company that doesn't recover previous setting when you buy an update? Corel just doesn't care and I have to accept that or move on.

Every upgrade (new released version) I have ever done means I have to go in and redo all my settings, template locations, etc.
The moment Corel bought out Jasc - all the rules changed. I have been a PaintShop customer since 2002. I wrote a short script that can set the default startup workspace, but you might be better off uninstalling PSP and reinstalling the default version instead of the update.
